1. Flight delays happen in Warsaw quite frequently. In such case, some limousine service companies might just cancel your order and sadly, you lose your deposit. You never lose your deposit with us. And we still pick you up later at no extra charge. We have many limousines available and will certainly be able to pick you up once your delayed flight arrives, on condition you let us know in advance (SMS) that your flight is delayed so we have time to arrange everything.

2. Last - minute changes. It often happens that there is a last-minute friend who decided to join at 11th hour and you might end up splitting into taxis which is just not cool, as many Warsaw limousine companies will refuse to take more people onboard than seats available on a pre-booked limousine. With us, if more people decide to come and you have a last-minute change, we will provide a bigger size car for your limousine Airport Transfer (for free) and you will just need to pay for additional person upon arrival. We only need to know a bit in advance so as we have time to make the change. It works both ways so if you have last minute cancellation, you don't need to pay for your absent friends provided you let us know in advance ( see Terms)
