1. Participant Cancellation (Individual)

When You Cancel	Refund	Payment Transfer to Group
10+ days before activity	✅ Full refund	✅ Yes — counts toward remaining participants
Under 10 days before activity	❌ No refund	❌ No — payments cannot be transferred

⚠️ A minimum number of participants per activity applies. If the number of participants is adjusted before cancellation, the refund is calculated based on the original number booked.

2. Full Activity Cancellation

When You Cancel	Amount Due	Refund
10+ days before activity	❌ No further payments	❌ All payments to date retained to cover costs
Under 10 days before activity	✅ Full amount due	🔶 Up to 70% at our sole discretion, depending on incurred costs, activity type & destination
