1. Flight delays. Some airport transfer companies will cancel your order if your flight gets delayed. We have many minivans and buses available and will surely be able to pick you up, provided you let us know in advance your flight is delayed.

2. Sometimes at last minute notice somebody decides to join and more people come than the maximum seats available in a pre-booked airport transfer minibus. In such case, we will provide a bigger minibus and you will just need to pay for this person upon arrival. No extra charges apply but we'll need to know a bit in advance. Then, we will take care of everything for you.

3. Similarly, if you let us know a few days (check TERMS & CONDITIONS for exact dates) in advance that there will be less of you, you will not need to pay for the overbooked seats.
