GOLONKA is a top notch polish specialty - a mouth-watering giant pork knuckle marinated in beer and cooked slowly on a spit. Served with fresh pickles, mustard, horseradish and lots of freshly baked bread, it's an unforgettable mouth feast.

The brewery tour starts with 4 samples of local beers. Then, you get to choose 2 x 0.5 litre (or 1 litre each) of beers each, served in huuuuuge five-litre 'giraffe' tubes. Finally, a huge portion of a local Krakow specialty - Golonka. It's the best combo available.
